Mixed Vegetable Cutlet


Potatao boiled and mashed- 2cups
Carrot- scrape the carrot and cut into small pieces.
8-10 beans (thread the beans and cut into one inch pieces)
Corn flour- 1tsp
Maida- 1tsp

2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of red chilli powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste



Mix all the vegetables in a mixing bowl. Add the corn flour and maida. Add the salt and ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder. Cut the mixture into diamond or square shapes. Heat enough oil for deep frying. On medium flame, fry the cutlets till they are crispy and golden brown
