Carrots – 1/2 kg
Sugar – 100gm
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Khoya – 50 gm
For garnishing – Almonds and cashew nuts.
Wash and peel the carrots. Grate Them. Heat 2 spoon ghee in a pan and add carrot. Saute it thoroughly. Add milk, khoya and sugar. Cook till the milk is completely absorbed. Add ghee and stir on low fire. Pour in greased tray and garnish with cashew nuts and almonds.
