Coconut Burfi

Ingredients

Grated Coconuts – 4 cups

Sugar – 21/2 cups

Milk – 1 Cup

Cardomom Powder- 1 tbsp

Ghee – 2 tbps

Procedure

Mix the grated coconut and sugar in a pan.
Keep on stirring on low flame.
Add Ghee.
After the sugar melts, add milk and go on cooking till the mixture becomes thick.
When ready, put in a flat plate greased well.
Cut into desired shape.
