Basen – 1 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup
Baking Soda – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Green Chilli Paste – 2tbsp
Grated coconut, Corriander leaves
Mix the basen, curd, soda, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric. Mix thoroughly. Leave it for 4 hours and steam for about 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a vessel. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pour the mixture over the dhoklas. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
