Meethi Poori


Wheat flour -100gm
Methi leaves-50gm
Coriander leaves-2 tsp
Azwain-1 tsp
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Baking powder-Pinch
Curd-3/4 cup
Bombay rava-50gm
Green chilli pieces-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying



  • Add all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl to make a piliable dough. 
  • Divide the dough into small equal portions.
  • Roll out gently each of the portions into a circular round puri.
  • Heat the oil for deep frying and fry each of the puri in hot oil till golden brown. 
  • Serve with any curry.
