Wheat flour -100gm
Coriander leaves-2 tsp
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Green chilli pieces-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
- Add all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl to make a piliable dough.
- Divide the dough into small equal portions.
- Roll out gently each of the portions into a circular round puri.
- Heat the oil for deep frying and fry each of the puri in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve with any curry.
