Paneer Stuffed Potato

Ingredients:

Wheat flour -1/2 kg
For filling
Paneer(cheese) -1/4 kg
Potato-2
Green chillies-4
Coriander
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oil


Procedure:

Mix wheat flour with water to make chapathi dough.
For filling : Mix together all the ingredients of the filling
Roll out rotis of the dough . Make each roti into cup shape and stuff the filling . Close the roti by sealing the edges by pressing. Roast in ghee till crisp.
