Potato Fingers


1/2 Kg Potatoes

2 Tbsp cumin seeds

Green Chillies -5

Salt to taste

Curry leaves

Wash and peel the potatoes

Make thin long slices of potatoes and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes.

 Drain water.

Deep-fry in oil till crisp and brown.

Keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry green chillies, cumin seeds,and curry leaves, Then add potato slices and salt.
