Rava Dosa


Bombay Rava – 2 cups

Plain Flour – 1 cup

Butter Milk – 1 cup

Green Chillies – 2

Onion pieces – 1/2 cup

Corriander grated – 1 tbsp


Salt to taste

Procedure :
Mix rava, plain flour, corriander , cumin seeds in butter milk and add salt to taste. Leave for 3- 4 hrs
Mix chillies and onions to the thin batter.
Heat Tava with little oil. Spread the oil on the tava to make dosa pattern. Cook on bothe sides if required.
