Samea Bombay Rava Idli

Ingredients:
Samea
Sooji
curd
oil
ghee

 


Procedure:

Heat the ghee in a thick-bottomed pan. Roast the samea and sooji  separately till they become light golden brown in color .Transfer them into a mixing bowl. Add salt and curd. Slowly mix water to make idli batter. Keep the batter aside for one hour.

Grease idli moulds with oil. Place a portion of samea-rawa mixture into the idli moulds . Place the idli mould into a steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes till the idlis are done.

Serve hot with coconut chutney
