Ingredients Bombay Rava – 1 cup
Ghee – 3 tbps
Cumin Seeds – 1 tbps
Baking soda-1/2 tbps
Carrot grated -1/2 cup
Coconut grated -1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee melts, fry cumin seeds, mirch pieces and corriander pieces.
Add Bombay rava. After removing from stove add water, curd and salt.
Add carrot , coconut and baking soda. Mix well and set aside for 3 hrs.
Pour the mixture into idli plates after greasing the surface with ghee.
Steam until the idlis are cooked.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar
