Boiled carrots-50 gm
Keera pieces-50 gm
Boiled green peas-50gms
1 large sized onion-chopped
1 tomato cut into small pieces
Boiled sprouts-50 gm
100 gms of namkeen (salty mixture-roasted –available in all grocery shops or sweet shops)
50 gms of roasted peanuts
Salt to taste
1 tsp of amchur powder or lemon juice
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and add onions and green chillies. After 2 minutes add potato pieces and carrots (already boiled and cut into small pieces). Mix well. Add salt and amchur powder.
Take the mixture in a bowl and finally mix or spread the namkeen and peanuts. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve as chat item.
