Vegetable Omelet

Ingredients:

2 cups besan
2 tomatoes
2 capsicum chopped
¼ cup cabbage chopped
¼ cup carrot finely chopped
2 tsp coriander leaves
1/8 tsp turmeric
½ tsp red chilli powder
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Water
Ghee or butter for roasting
Salt to taste


 

Procedure:

Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients except water. Now add water slowly to get the omelet or dosa consistency to the mixture.

Heat the tawa, spread the mixture and roast in butter or ghee till crisp.
