Vegetable Raita

Ingredients:

½ cup tomatoes (finely chopped)
½ cup boiled potatoes(choppes)
2 green chillies(chopped)
2 carrots-finely grated
3tsp coriander finely chopped
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp jeera powder
Salt to taste
250 ml thick fresh curd


 

Procedure:

Take a mixing bowl. Beat the curd till smooth and mix the rest of the ingredients with it. Serve chilled
